• 1) In order to purchase a  Gift-Card Voucher , you will need to register an account with us through our Website.
• 2) Gift-Card Voucher ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Cash Vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
• 3) All Gift-Card Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
• 4) Gift-Card Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• 5) This Voucher is for Gifting / Direct Selling organization Distributor. Not for Retail or any other method of Sales.
• 6) Gift-Card Vouchers may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift-Card Voucher.
• 7) We are not responsible if a Gift-Card Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• 8) This Discount card is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
• 9) Deactivated cards can be renewed from the website.
• 10) Benefits available through program partners may change from time to time or be withdrawn without prior notice. The customer would be bound by such changes; The website will not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of such situations.
• 11) The management at any time without giving notice change, modify and/or vary the terms and conditions of Discount program.
• 12) The Card is only valid for bonafide purchase for personal use and will not be allowed on goods purchased for resale.

• 2. गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर UnlimitedFreesky.in  वेबसाइट / ऐप के माध्यम से ऑर्डर किए गए ईमेल पते पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम से स्वचालित रूप से दिया जाएगा। हमारे गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर में अद्वितीय संख्या और विन्यास योग्य पैटर्न शामिल हैं। 
• 3. लगभग सभी गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर दिनांकित किए जाते हैं और जारी होने की तिथि से 12 महीने समाप्त होते हैं। 
• 4. गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर्स को कैश के लिए एक्सचेंज नहीं किया जा सकता है। 
• 5. गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर केवल गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर के रूप में उसी मुद्रा में खरीदे गए उत्पादों के खिलाफ भुनाए जा सकते हैं। 
• 6. यदि कोई गिफ्ट कार्ड वाउचर खो जाए, चोरी हो जाए, नष्ट हो जाए या बिना अनुमति के इस्तेमाल किया जाए तो हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं और इन परिस्थितियों में कोई प्रतिस्थापन नहीं किया जाएगा। 
• 7.Unlimited Freesky कार्ड कार्ड की खरीद के समय ग्राहक द्वारा चयनित योजना के अनुसार मान्य है। 
• 8. निष्क्रिय कार्ड वेबसाइट / आवेदन से नवीनीकृत किए जा सकते हैं। 
• 9. कार्यक्रम के भागीदारों के माध्यम से उपलब्ध लाभ समय-समय पर बदल सकते हैं या पूर्व सूचना के बिना वापस ले सकते हैं। ग्राहक ऐसे परिवर्तनों से बाध्य होगा; ऐसी स्थितियों से उत्पन्न होने वाली किसी भी देनदारियों के लिए UnlimitedFreesky.in  ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

• 12 केवल वडोदरा में सक्षम न्यायालयों के विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन आने वाले नियमों और शर्तों के तहत होने वाले सभी विवाद।
